Requirement

 

China Single / Double entries tourist visa

1. Completed visa application form (Form MUST sign by applicant)
2. Two recent passport size colour photo with white background.
3. Original passport with at least 6 months validity.
4. Photocopy of the passport bio-data page
5. Return flight tickets.
6. For children below 18 need to attach parent’s passport / IC copy and marriage certificate.

China Multiple entries tourist visa 

1. Item same as above with additional below information.
2. A letter of guarantee issued by a foreign company or invitation letter issued by relevant by a relevant entity in China.
3. Information on the applicant includes full name, gender, date of birth, etc.
4. Information on the planned visit includes date of arrival and departure, places of visit,etc
5. Information on the inviting entity or individual includes name, contact number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual 
6. A letter issued from your current Malaysia company with information for applicant & propose visiting.
